day 2 – #30daysofgratitude

Thankful for days at home to catch up on chores and the DVR, for views of fall leaves outside our windows, for time to bake this tasty little pumpkin spiced treat and for a cup of coffee late in the day.

*Don’t forget to make it better for you – sub in that whole white wheat flour, organic pumpkin puree and fresh spices. Your tummy will thank you!
